The website for River District Homes was created by Line49 Web Design. An amazing Vancouver company, that I was so happy to collaborate with on this project! Providing the branding details, colour palette and additional imagery, the final product of this site came together beautifully. Designed to attract new home buyers, sellers, realtors and everyone else in between to the River District neighbourhood in Vancouver, this site packs in all the SEO you could ever want for a highly useful hub for the River District Sales team with Oakwyn Realty Northwest.
Branding
This logo is one of my favourites! When given the task to create something to represent a neighbourhood, I took inspiration from the surrounding nature of the Fraser River. Cattails, Crane birds and the river all local fixtures to the area, came together in this icon and were placed to look like the letter ‘R’. A unique but interesting detail that I think helps define this community. The deep blue/green colour mainly used throughout the branding give the brand for RDH a cohesive and modern look.
