New Website
The design of Steve’s website is clean and minimalist, allowing the vivid imagery to take center stage. Our goal was to organize his vast catalogue of work into categories that were easy to navigate, such as Birds, Africa/Asia, North America, Seascapes, Flowers, Northern Lights, and Landscapes. As well offer a background of Steve’s experience, where you can find his work in galleries and what prints he currently has for sale. Overall, the website's design effectively complements his photography style, providing a user-friendly platform that highlights his artistic vision.
Branding Update
For Steve’s wordmark logo I chose a font the font Halis that is a part of the grotesque sans-serif family, meaning it has minimal contrast in stroke width and simple, unadorned lines — very readable and versatile. Halis comes in a wide range of weights from Thin to Heavy, each with matching italics. This makes it highly adaptable for different design needs — from headlines to body text.
