Developed by Azora Group, the project features a collection of 10 exclusive homes, comprising 8 luxury duplexes and 2 single-family residences. These homes are designed with strong, classic architectural elements and contemporary materials, offering a timeless and sophisticated aesthetic.

The Brock House website was developed by Realty Bloc and designed using the branding I created while I was working with the West One Real Estate Sales and Marketing Team. It was built to deliver a seamless and informative experience for prospective buyers, showcasing detailed information about the homes, the surrounding neighbourhood, and the developer. I led the design direction and oversaw the site's functionality, ensuring it stayed current by updating listings as homes were sold throughout the project.
Branding
The branding I developed for Brock House, a boutique housing project, was inspired by the natural beauty of its surroundings. Each floorplan was named after a tree, so the visual identity drew from that concept—evoking tree rings in a sleek, modern style. The use of green and gold added a refined, timeless quality to the overall design. At this location you are surrounded by an open common space courtyard and the natural beauty of General Brock Park, hence the name Brock House.
